Final Concert (Downtown Aquarium) & Auditions Info

Rain Plan Preparatory Program:
Preparatory program will not play outside if it rains! All parents and students will meet Terry V in the lobby downstairs and show the students the stairs and elevator. Students will then meet Kysha and Zach in the lobby of the 3rd floor ballroom for warm up.
Rain Plan for EVERYONE:
Bring your cases inside with you. Parents must keep small cases with them. You can put the case under your chair during the performance. Large instrument cases will be placed in a designated area on the 3rd floor.

- Location of the final concert has been changed to the Downtown Aquarium
- CDs will be on sale at the next rehearsal (4/5/2009) for $15.

Saturday, May 16th from Deer Park HS 1:00pm-3:00pm *Added 3/31/2009
Saturday, May 16th Pearland 10:00am-12:00pm and Clear Lake 1:30am-4:00pm
Sunday, May 17th Dobie High School, Pasadena 2:30pm-4:30pm
Saturday, May 23rd Alvin High School, Alvin 11:00am-12:30pm
Saturday, August 8th Clear Creek HS, Clear Lake 10:00am-1:00pm
All returning students must re-audition to hold their seat for next year. The application fee is waived for all students who have already been accepted into BAYS.
All students must submit an application and indicate what day and what area you would like to audition. Check our website for updates as your audition gets closer. We will contact you with a specific appointment time.

Preparatory Rehearsal Change For 4/10
We are requesting to change Friday's Preparatory Orchestra rehearsal to 11:00 am at the LDS Church at 1802 Gunwale. The High School is closed on the 10th and moving the rehearsal time to 11:00 am will help relieve other conflicts.
