BAYS is proud to announce our enrollment in Kroger’s “Neighbor to Neighbor” Donation Program. The program is a great way for nonprofit organizations to raise money and allow any 501(c) (3) charitable organization the opportunity to earn a portion of the $1 million that will be donated annually.
Simply print the donation form below and present it with your Kroger Plus card at the beginning of check out next time you go shopping. The cashier will scan your Kroger Plus card first and then the BAYS bar code at the bottom of the letter. Once this process is complete, you will be enrolled as a supporter for the remainder of the current program year. Every time you use your Kroger Plus card, a portion of your eligible purchases will be contributed to BAYS.
