Parking Information:
The best parking lot for parents is number 16 on the campus map. It leads right into the atrium where the theatre is located. If you chose to park at no. 15 on the map you will walk down the hall to reach the Proscenium Theatre.
Symphony Instructions: Arrive at 1:45
Arrive in your formal concert black as described in the handbook. Unpack in rehearsal room S-15.143 at 1:45 pm. Be tuned and ready to rehearse on stage at 2:00 pm. Do not be late!
Preparatory Instructions: Arrive at 2:40
Arrive in your concert black and white as described in the handbook. Make sure that your binder in is concert order. Tuning will be in the rehearsal room S-15.143 at 2:40 pm. At 3:00, they will move to the stage and parents can wait in the atrium. Parents will keep the cases of the students and save a seat for them in the audience when the house opens.
CDs and DVDs will be available to order before the concert.
Rehearsals:
BAYS will resume rehearsals on November 13th at 2:30 at Space Center Intermediate.
There are very few rehearsals before the next concert on December 3rd. Please make certain to attend every rehearsal.
